Rules of Magical Presence


  • No Flaming
    Flaming may end with banning.
  • No God-RPing
    You are under no circumstances allowed to write what other characters are saying/thinking.
  • Be Original.
    No member is allowed to create a character that already exists. This includes anime and manga characters as well as Harry Potter, Charmed, Buffy characters and any other character from a book, TV-show or a movie. Be original when you create a new charatcer.

    NO CANON-CHARACTERS!

  • Posts
    All posts except OOC should be written in third person, past tense. This is to make the RPing clearer.
    OOC (out of character) posts should be kept to a minimum. If you have something to say in OOC that has nothing to do with the game, please write it in Chit Chat. Word games, boredom thread, news about movies, etc. should all be written in Chit Chat.
    Also, try to make the post at least 4 sentences long. Too long isn't necessary, but please try and make it longer than just what you say. Add some feeling to it, like what your character thinks, sees, smells, feel, etc.
  • Killing of Characters
    If you're planning to kill a charatcer, you must have written permission in the post before the killing take place, or by IM, so that the heads for this school can be sure it was ok for both parts.
    Exception:If you enter the Vampires' or Werewolves' places, your character can get killed without you giving permission.
  • No Mary Sues or Gary Stus
    No new member is all-powerful, not even the oldest, most experienced member is, so please don't act like your character is that. It only makes people mad.
  • Sexual Content.
    You are allowed to write posts with sexual content and swearing, just be careful to tag your thread [NC 17] to give us a warning. Don't be too graphic though.
  • Have fun!

Update:

We've got five, soon six Death Eaters around MP, and we'll draw the line there, no more new Death Eaters for a good while.
